Founded in 2010 with the vision of a group of young, forward-thinking engineers committed to delivering work that meets international standards, Well Graded Engineering PLC laid its business foundation on the principles of integrity, transparency, and social responsibility. Guided by a steadfast adherence to honesty and professional ethics, the company has earned trust and achieved steady growth through operational excellence and reliable service.

In 2020, the company was officially listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand—a year marked by the global COVID-19 crisis. However, thanks to its strong foundation and effective management, Well Graded was able to navigate through this challenging period with resilience and stability.

Today, as Well Graded celebrates its 15th anniversary, the company takes pride in its track record of more than 100 successful projects. The experience and expertise accumulated over the past decade and a half continue to guide us confidently forward, driving innovation and delivering lasting value to our clients and to society as a whole.
